  • Fairfield Farms – Hotchkiss's own farm fresh vegetables served seasonally in the dining hall including
    • Potatoes, Carrots, Beets, Turnips, Onions

The Celebrate Good Nutrition theme provides ample opportunity for us to help students “get the facts without the clutter” and learn to make sound dining and lifestyle decisions. From deliciously healthy menus to educational health fairs to nutritious breakfast offerings, this month’s activities will be all about eating right and living healthy.
